Fun With Whipping Cream
以为上午做的芝士蛋糕失败, 晚上来个杯子蛋糕. 也玩玩看那个Whipping Cream是怎么一会事.
同事说只须搅拌它, 不须加料就行了.
刚开始的一两分钟, 它一直维持水状, 只吐出泡沫, 还以为坏了, 因为同事说, 搅拌得太久会变成水,
蛋白质会分解.
之后再过半分钟, 神奇(对我来说)景象出现了, 它终于变成糊状了, 真好玩. 尝一尝, 味道象星巴克用在咖啡上的奶油. 小公主又
有新玩意儿了.
