Me and Ms Puay went to Tanjong Pagar CC for a bakery lesson on 23 Jun 2010, afternoon 3pm. 真难得. It was raining heavily while walking from office to the CC. 差不多要变成落汤鸡了.

The instructor speak English with very strong French accent, reminds me of my ex-ex-boss...the confusion on 10 person and 10 percent.......

Departmental Dinner 7th July 2010

这傍晚, 公司部们有个晚餐(真的很晚, 8.30pm), 与美国总部的会计主管聚餐.报这间餐厅位于Bukit Timah 的 Green Fish Bistro.

还没开始, 先来一杯.

好大的鲜蚝, 我只敢吃小只的, 这类巨蚝, 就让给"有需要"的人吧!

Buttercake

从网上找到一个Buttercake的食谱(Bakingmum), 看似简单, 又有很多很好的评语, 就跟着做. 吃的时候, 感觉没味道, 一定是有动西放得不够, 明天要请教师父们了.

Cheesecake, I like the surface to be brown.... :)

与同事经过此店, 都对它的门面与里头的机器感到好奇, 原来它是间自助yoghurt店, 有点象Tanjong Pagar那间Milkshake一样.
