Ginger Cookies
市面上的面粉种类何其多,哈米低筋面粉, 高筋面粉, bread flour, Top flour, Hong Kong flour, 发粉, 双料发粉, 怕么?
不过, 我还是可以跟着食谱作得似模似样, 这就是我的黑糖姜饼. 都怪烤箱, 烧的不均匀. 不过, 味道很棒!
